When appointment is allocated to Meltis quickly easy and there is nuthing that I can think of that can be inproved mabey less work for nurse or get anotherone.

All of the clinicians and reception staff are always very friendly and professional. I always feel that l am. Listened to and taken seriously. A very good professionally seen GP surgery.

Very personal and friendly doctors, nurses and reception staff, thorough diagnosis and treatment. Improvement would involve access at weekends.

Parking is always very difficult to find and the parked cars on the road outside the surgery make it dangerous trying to enter and exit the car park and even crossing the road to get to the chemist. Could yellow lines be painted and a patient only barrier used to leave the car park with the exit code for the day given at reception when you book in?
